Wes Sloan is Chief Operating Officer of Form Energy, where he leads the company’s operations organization. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across advanced manufacturing, energy, aerospace, and automotive. Wes joins Form from Panasonic Energy of North America, where he was Executive Vice President responsible for the company’s multi-billion dollar Nevada battery operation and a workforce of more than 4,500. He previously led operations there as Senior Vice President and built the PENA Production System as Vice President of Culture and Continuous Improvement. Prior to Panasonic, Wes spent twelve years at Rolls-Royce, including as Director of Operations for Assembly and Test in Indianapolis. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Wes earned his B.Sc. with honors in Product Design Management from the University of Sunderland.
