Sarah Bray is Vice President of Communications & Corporate Affairs at Form Energy. With over 20 years of experience in public affairs and communications within the energy industry, Sarah leads Form Energy’s external communications, employee communications, and West Virginia and federal policy teams, aligning their efforts to support strategic business objectives and drive growth.

Prior to joining Form Energy, Sarah founded Innovant Public Relations, a firm that supports companies in the clean energy sector by providing hands-on public affairs services – specifically community outreach guidance and support, media relations, event management, branding, and legislative and regulatory strategy and counsel. As Founder and President of Innovant, Sarah successfully grew the company into one of the leading boutique clean energy PR firms in the United States.

Before founding Innovant, Sarah served as Vice President of Public Affairs and Employee Relations at Clean Line Energy, where she was responsible for overseeing external relations, supporting legislative affairs, and leading internal communications and employee relations. Sarah began her career in renewable energy by serving as Senior Communications Manager for Horizon Wind Energy, now EDP Renewables North America (EDPR NA), where she was instrumental in launching and maintaining the EDPR NA brand in the United States and building a corporate communications platform to support the company’s tremendous growth.

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.
