Sarah Bray is Vice President of Communications at Form Energy. With nearly two decades of public relations and strategic communications experience in the renewable energy industry, Sarah leads Form Energy’s corporate communications to support business objectives and drive growth, as well as to promote the company’s identity and mission, both internally and externally.
Prior to joining Form Energy, Sarah founded Innovant Public Relations, a firm that supports companies in the clean energy sector by providing hands-on public affairs services – specifically community outreach guidance and support, media relations, event management, branding, and legislative and regulatory strategy and counsel. As Founder and President of Innovant, Sarah successfully grew the company into one of the leading boutique clean energy PR firms in the United States.
Before founding Innovant, Sarah served as Vice President of Public Affairs and Employee Relations at Clean Line Energy, where she was responsible for overseeing external relations, supporting legislative affairs, and leading internal communications and employee relations. Sarah began her career in renewable energy by serving as Senior Communications Manager for Horizon Wind Energy, now EDP Renewables North America (EDPR NA), where she was instrumental in launching and maintaining the EDPR NA brand in the United States and building a corporate communications platform to support the company’s tremendous growth. Prior to working in the renewable energy field, Sarah was an Account Manager with Elmore Public Relations where she represented clients in the nonprofit, hospitality, and fashion sectors.
Sarah is an advisor, and previously served as President of the Board, of Art League Houston, a nonprofit organization with a mission to cultivate the awareness, appreciation, and accessibility of contemporary visual art. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.
