Navneet Govil is Chief Financial Officer of Form Energy, where he leads the company’s finance organization and oversees financial strategy, capital formation, investor relations, financial operations, and long term value creation as Form scales its American manufacturing platform and multi-day energy storage business.

Prior to joining Form Energy, Navneet served as Executive Managing Partner, Chief Financial Officer, and a member of the Investment Committee at SoftBank Investment Advisers, the investment adviser to the SoftBank Vision Funds. In those roles, he helped lead the finance and investment operations of one of the world’s largest technology investment platforms, supporting a global portfolio of hundreds of companies through periods of rapid growth, market volatility, and transformation.

Earlier in his career, Navneet held senior leadership positions spanning finance, corporate development, treasury, and operations at CA Technologies, SunPower, Sun Microsystems, Hewlett Packard, and Pfizer. Across more than three decades, he has built deep expertise in strategic finance, capital allocation, governance, operational excellence, and scaling high growth global businesses.

Navneet holds a Master of Engineering and an MBA from Cornell University.
