Catherine is the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Form Energy, where she drives the strategy and execution of a resilient supply chain to support domestic manufacturing of Form’s low-cost, iron-air batteries. Since joining Form in 2021, Catherine has built scalable global purchasing, procurement, supplier industrialization, and logistics functions.

Before joining Form, Catherine led global supply chain management for Tesla’s Energy Storage and Solar products. In this role, she secured strategic partnerships, managed capital projects, and served as the commercial lead for over $1B in spend.

Earlier in her career, Catherine worked as a consultant at PowerAdvocate, enabling a wide range of energy and power sector clients to transform their supply chain processes for the better. She also spent seven years as an organic chemistry researcher at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute (WHOI), where she led pioneering and highly published research on the environmental impact of pollutants.

Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Trinity College and a Management & Sustainability certificate from Harvard University.
