Amy Higgins is the Senior Vice President of People at Form Energy, where she leads the company’s people strategy to support growth, innovation, and a culture grounded in excellence and care. Amy partners with leaders across the organization to plan for workforce needs, strengthen talent pipelines, and create opportunities that help employees grow and thrive. She oversees people partnership, total rewards, people systems, learning & development, talent acquisition and employee experience.

Amy brings more than two decades of experience scaling technology and energy organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformation. Before joining Form, she served as CHRO of Alert Innovation (now Walmart Advanced Systems & Robotics), where she helped guide the company through significant expansion and two acquisitions, including its sale to Walmart. She also held senior HR leadership roles at Commonwealth Fusion Systems, an MIT spinout developing fusion power technology, and Aquion Energy, a venture-backed manufacturer of sustainable battery systems. Earlier in her career, Amy founded and led Global Human Resources Group, advising startups on talent, organizational design, and HR due diligence.

Amy holds an MBA from Bryant University and a BS in Business Administration from Stonehill College.
