Form Energy Welcomes Carol Parnell as Director of Environment, Health & Safety

Boston, MA – May 10, 2023 – Form Energy announced today that Dr. Carol Parnell has joined as Director, Environment, Health, & Safety (EHS). In this role, Carol oversees all of Form Energy’s EHS programs to promote a safe working environment for employees and ensure the company is a responsible steward of the communities in which it operates. Carol will lead the EHS function at all of Form’s facilities and will be based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

Carol is a recognized leader in environmental, health, safety, and sustainability and has developed global expertise in large-scale manufacturing from working in the chemical, plastics, packaging, and electronics industries. Prior to joining Form Energy, Carol was the Director, Global Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability at Littelfuse, an industrial technology manufacturing company. With nearly two decades of EHS experience, Carol has also held a range of leadership and management roles at DEKRA Insight, Brookhaven National Laboratory, ConAgra Foods, Electrolux, and GE Aerospace. Carol holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Tulane University, a Ph.D. in Chemistry form the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
